Win+R to bring up the Run dialog
For the All Users Startup enter *shell:common startup* and hit enter
- C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
For the current user's Startup enter *shell:startup* and hit enter
- C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
